Provides two profiles
Many people behave differently, depending on the setting or environment they are in. INSIGHT Inventory is the only personality assessment that is field theory based and helps people look at their behavior as a function both of their personality and the setting in which they find themselves. Users get two profiles, their Work Style and Personal Style so they can compare how these two environments affect their behavior.
